I'm Desiree W., the breeder behind Lucy’s Mini Doxies located in Rockwell, NC. When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

Why did you start breeding?
My parents were breeders and showers of pit bulls and American bully’s when I was a child. I grew up in a home filled with dogs! I’ve always had a passion for animals and I want to share that with all of our new puppy parents! We got our first dachshund, Lucy in 2020 and my husband and I fell in love with the breed! We want to share the love of a dachshund with everyone.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Desiree has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee
Desiree may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
