Why did you start breeding?
I got my first Yorkies over 18 years ago and were LuvStruck. I started going to local dog shows and watching the breed at AKC shows. I reached out to and developed relationships with now lifelong friends that share my love and due diligence for the breed. I started showing Yorkies about 13 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since.What makes your program special?
At LuvStruck, our goal is to breed Yorkies that are not only beautiful but first and foremost are healthy with great temperaments. Because we realize that most Yorkies are pets, not show dogs. We have researched lines over the years and have imported our dogs from all over the country to include lines from Germany, Belarus, Czech Republic, and most recently Russia. It has served us well.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Shari
Shari has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"Price is for pet only. All puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement, 3 yr genetic health guarantee, come with at least 2 vaccinations, 2 health exams at the vet, chem 17 bloodwork, and parent's DNA tests. A $500 holding fee is required for all puppies that are reserved. Holding fees are non-refundable under certain circumstances outlined in the contract."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
