I'm Shatarah G., the breeder behind Luxury Poms located in Brooklyn, NY. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. While our goal is to share loving puppies with families, we are still a selective program. We only breed when we’re sure we can produce the healthiest and best example of the breed possible.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I've been raising puppies since 2023, and love doing it!... I take pride in raising nice, pet quality babies for your home. My husband and children and I live in NYC.. We We love all of our dogs they are all a part of our family. I'm a firm believer that if you don't treat an animal with love and respect, then you don't need, or deserve it. When you inquire about one of my pups, I will ask you to tell me a little about you and your household... please don't take offense to this, I do my best to make sure they are going into a fantastic, forever home with lots of love.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding's are thoughtfully planned to ensure correct temperament, type, soundness, trainability and ensure that I produce puppies that are well rounded and become valued family members. But most importantly being certified free of health issues. I make a dog with the proper mating in looks, health clearances, training ability, and behavior.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black parti, black and tan parti, black, and tri-colored. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Shatarah

Shatarah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The deposit to reserve a puppy is $1000 for all SMALL BREED puppies ALL Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. No puppy is considered reserved without a deposit in the full amount listed above and therefore, will not be held. All reserved puppies will be held until the agreed rehoming date. Buyers will receive up to 5 days after the rehoming date to pick up their puppy before the puppy is returned to market as available for purchase. Upon reservation, buyer will receive a receipt and reservation agreement. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY THAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE! Once you submit a deposit for your selected puppy you will be granted that puppy of choice. Or you can choose to use your deposit towards a future litter and your name will go on the waitlist for a future selected puppy of choice.”

Shatarah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
