I'm Lynnie H., the breeder behind Lynnie’s Lovables Yorkies located in Temple, GA. Our dogs are pedigree purebred born in our home. Our litters are planned & prepared for with intentional breeding. We have one litter at a time to give us the the opportunity to give each puppy the love & attention to make them a well rounded & socialized family pet.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I retired to the country outside of the rat-race of Atlanta Georgia on acreage. I purchased my first AKC registered Yorkie by winning a hefty Super Bowl bet. I was young & that was the only way I could afford her. My best girlfriend had a yorkie that I fell in love with so that was the breed I wanted. My BeBe was my child & she had my heart. We did everything together & she helped me thru many hardships in life. After 13 years she suddenly crossed the “Rainbow Bridge”. The only thing that saved me was getting another baby to fill that hole in my heart. And after 13 years, my GiGi girl is still with me. I knew then that everyone needs a Yorkie to love & love them back unconditionally.

  • What makes your program special?

    My puppies are rare in their color & markings & exceptional in their personalities. I breed for the uniqueness & rarity of Parti Yorkies. Excellent health guaranteed, These babies are rare Parti AKC registered Yorkies. I breed one litter at a time giving me the exception time & attention to pay to each baby making them excellent pets.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lynnie

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,350 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Includes transition pkg w/bed, blanket & toy with familiar scent, bowl, starter food, pee pads, Airline approved pet carrier, AKC registration, Parents pedigrees, health/shot records, dewormed, health guarantee, docked tails, dewclaws removed,. Deposit required to save the puppy unless it is old enough to transition to it’s forever home, at which time full payment is due."

Contract & health guarantee

Lynnie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
