I'm Jennifer W., the breeder behind Madra's Dashing Doxies located in Norwood, MO. Our dogs are our beloved companions. We care deeply about this breed and are proud to be responsible Dachshund breeders. Our dogs are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and we love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes.

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jennifer partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Our prices include a 2 yr health guarantee, up to date on vaccinations and deworming as well as pre-spoiled. We start litter box and potty pad training. They are seen by our vet twice for wellness check and do not travel without health certificates. They are microchipped which is pre-paid and prepaid AKC limited registration. We also include a very nice puppy starter pack with blanket, special toy, treats and all health paperwork. And of course lifetime breeder support . Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another puppy/litter within 12 months.”

Brida is a beautiful cream girl that marks our 6th generation here at Madra's. She is perfect combination of the lines we have cultivated over the past 10 yrs. She is calm, sweet natured, confident, and silly all rolled into perfection. Her structure is almost flawless, and exactly what we have been working towards Brida was genetically tested with Canine health Check and is clear for the full panel with the exception of being a PRA carrier

Jennifer was an excellent breeder to work with from start to finish. She was honest, responsive, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I originally had plans to fly, but when those plans fell through, I ended up making the drive across the country to pick up my puppy. Jennifer was very understanding and made the pickup process easy. She made sure I had everything I needed for the trip home, including a thoughtful goodie basket with food, toys, records, and more for my puppy. She also had all of the important paperwork ready, including AKC registration information, vet exam records, vaccine records, and health details. I really appreciated how transparent she was and how willing she was to answer all of my questions. She also continued checking in after pickup to make sure my puppy and I made it home safely and were doing well. She made it very clear that she truly cares about her pups and the homes they go to. I couldn’t recommend a better breeder than Jennifer.

+5From the minute, I texted Miss Jennifer she was very responsive and very easy to get in touch with an in contact with. I was a little worried at first about buying a dog off the Internet. She made the process super easy though and all my worries were gone. Love the fact that she sent me update pictures when I was still waiting to pick up the puppy. Love the fact that they mentioned that they’re always here from you. It doesn’t matter if it’s one month after you got the puppy or if it’s 10 years down the road. Definitely will be coming to them again when I’m ready to purchase another puppy.
