I'm Jean, the breeder behind Magic Mountain Shih Tzu located in Londonderry, VT. Magic Mountain Shih-Tzu is located in the small town of Londonderry, VT, which is encased by the southern mountains of Vermont. Here the puppies grow up and get strong, waiting for their new home.

Why did you start breeding?
When I was young, my mother and I bred basset hounds. So we had always done that and when we went to get a dog for ourselves, we wanted a shih tzu. We saw that there weren't many shih tzu breeders, and some of them didn't meet what i would want in a breeder. Once we found a breeder, we decided we would start doing it.
What makes your program special?
We raise beautiful AKC Shih-Tzu puppies in our home with our family. We only have 1 or 2 litters per year so that we can give our puppies the individual attention they deserve. They are raised as part of our family with children and other animals. Our puppies are born in my bedroom and receive tender loving care and handling from the moment they are born
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Jean may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
