I'm Stephanie S., the breeder behind Magnolia Small Breeds located in Statesboro, GA. Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always had animals, such as horses, goats, and chickens, but dogs have a special place in my heart. I have never been without pet dogs, however when I got my first Shih Tzu I couldn’t believe what an amazing companion they an are! After that I decided I wanted to learn all I can about Shih Tzu’s and began breeding.What makes your program special?
All of our dogs live in our home and are absolutely adored! I cannot imagine the idea of kenneling them outside. Our dogs have pedigrees that I have enjoyed learning about! Some of our AKC dogs go back to the Top Hats line from Kentucky.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include lilac, black, liver, red, liver and white, brindle and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"This price includes, age appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Our vet sees the pups before they go to their new homes. All of our puppies include registration papers. Deposits are not refundable. They are used to pay for veterinarian costs and any other expenses."

Litter update on 27 Feb •…🌸 Magnolia Small Breeds Litter Box Training Guide For Your Sweet Shih Tzu Puppy At Magnolia Small Breeds, our puppies begin litter box training at 6 weeks of age using: • A small cat litter pan• Natural wood (pine) litter pellets Your puppy already understands the basics — now we simply continue the routine in your home. 🌿 Step 1: Start Small Set your puppy up in a small, safe area at first:• Playpen• Laundry room• Gated kitchen• Puppy-safe bathroom Place the litter box in one corner, away from food and water. Litter update on 08 Jan •…Welcome to our puppy pen! 🐶🤍 This is where the puppies relax between their daily adventures. They get out several times a day to run through the house, explore, and experience new sights and sounds. They’re introduced to our adult dogs and other puppies to help build confidence and great social skills. We’re also working hard on litter box training using white pine pellets, and they’re doing fantastic! The puppies have officially graduated to hard food and are loving it—no more mush around here. The “big puppy” keeping them company is KeKe, who enjoys supervising and socializing with the little ones while I keep a close eye on everyone! 💖
