I'm Stephanie S., the breeder behind Magnolia Small Breeds located in Statesboro, GA. Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always had animals, such as horses, goats, and chickens, but dogs have a special place in my heart. I have never been without pet dogs, however when I got my first Shih Tzu I couldn’t believe what an amazing companion they an are! After that I decided I wanted to learn all I can about Shih Tzu’s and began breeding.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of our dogs live in our home and are absolutely adored! I cannot imagine the idea of kenneling them outside. Our dogs have pedigrees that I have enjoyed learning about! Some of our AKC dogs go back to the Top Hats line from Kentucky.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include lilac, black, liver, red, liver and white, brindle and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Stephanie

Stephanie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes, age appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Our vet sees the pups before they go to their new homes. All of our puppies include registration papers. Deposits are not refundable. They are used to pay for veterinarian costs and any other expenses.”
