I'm Ellie M., the breeder behind Maltipoos SD located in San Diego, CA. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

Getting a puppy from Ellie
Ellie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $700 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“A $700 reservation fee is applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy. This fee is refundable only if our veterinarian determines the puppy is unsuitable for rehoming.”

Ellie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. A sweet little girl and her kind mama drove just a short distance to meet our precious Midnight, a tiny ball of black fur with the most soulful, expressive eyes. Litter update on 21 Nov. •…It's with mixed feelings that we're saying goodbye to Autumn today. Her new dad came all the way from Medford, Oregon, and we're super grateful for his dedication. We spent her last day making sure she felt loved and got to hang out with her, hoping she knew how much we cared. We just know she's going to do great with her new family and have an amazing life. Ellie was great! This was my first ever dog and I was nervous. I know there are scammers out here and can be nerve racking to take a chance on a breeder. Ellie is the perfect breeder!! She has great communication, beautiful and healthy dogs that are checked prior to receiving, and the experience was overall wonderful. I got Noodles (now Nugget) and he is so sweet, kind, playful, and socializes very well. If you are thinking about retrieving a dog from her she the best!

Ellie was so great to work with! Her communication throughout the entire puppy adopting process was excellent. She made us feel very comfortable in moving forward with booking a flight to San Diego from Oregon to pickup Autumn, our newest addition to the family! Ellie met me at the airport with Autumn and prepared her for the travel not only with essentials such as dog food, water bowl, pee pads, microchip registration, and pet insurance information, but also bathed and dressed her along with a sweet Christmas tag for my boys! Autumn is transitioning smoothly into our home with enjoying lots of cuddles and play time. We can say without a doubt that Ellie provides compassionate care for her pups. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ellie! The whole process was very easy. Our sweet pup Yoshi (aka Butter) is thriving with his new family. My two sons are absolutely in love with him, and it’s clear from day one that early socialization played a huge role in how well-adjusted he is. He came home already showing great progress with potty training and crate training, which has made the transition unbelievably smooth.
