Kala & Doug M.

Breeder of Pomeranians

Meet the breeder

I'm Kala & Doug M., the breeder behind Mannimal Farm located in Jacksonville, FL. We’re first-time puppy parents to two Poms—Yzma, our cuddly rescue who’s a bit anxious but super loving, and Remy, our playful fetch-loving boy. They’re our world! We stay on top of their health and care, and we’re excited to raise happy, healthy pups with love.

Q. & A. with Kala & Doug

  • Why did you start breeding?

I’ve always loved Pomeranians and have a soft spot for rescue pups. After losing my first Pom to cancer, I rescued Yzma. Wanting her to have a companion, my husband and I got Remy, our white Pom. We chose not to fix them, hoping our black and white pair could one day have beautiful pups of their own.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are family, and we raise our puppies the same way—with love, care, and lots of cuddles. We focus on health, personality, and giving each pup a happy start in life. With one black and one white Pom, our litters are not only adorable but raised in a home full of joy and attention.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
