Jen M.

Breeder of Shetland Sheepdogs

Meet the breeder

I'm Jen M., the breeder behind Maplecove Shelties located in Pearland, TX. While my dogs go on to compete in all venues, they are family members first and foremost. All health tests are performed, puppies are raised on Puppy Culture, and I am here for the lifetime of the dog. I am all about paying it forward and am happy to educate anyone wanting to learn more.

Q. & A. with Jen

  • What makes your program special?

My puppy families have always told me how amazed they are at the amount of time I spend with them. It is so important to really get to know them in order to match the perfect puppy for their situation. I also encourage them to stay in touch so that I may monitor the health and happiness of these dogs for their entire lifetime. When you get one of my dogs, you truly become family.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are sable and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
