I'm Dana F., the breeder behind Maplefox’s Cocker Spaniels located in Tappahannock, VA. We’re hobby breeders looking for individuals and families that will continue to love and spoil our puppies as much as we do! The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy and well-loved dogs. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers.

Why did you start breeding?
My parents bred GSDs while I was growing up. I fell in love with ACSs when I first watched Lady and the Tramp. I got my first Cocker Spaniel 37 years ago.
What makes your program special?
We take time to socialize our puppies with people of all different ages. Our puppies are exposed to larger dogs, cats, and chickens. We make certain they are exposed to all types of household sounds so they are not easily scared.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $950 - $1,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes a health guarantee, limited AKC registration application, first round of vaccinations, deworming, tail docking, dew claw removal, and puppy socialization. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color or size. Includes registration application."

Okay, It's been about a month and I'm over due with saying Thank you to Dana and the MapleFox family! After following MapleFox's Good Dog and FaceBook sites over the past year, I sensed there was more than just the breeding of puppies for sale. The close attention and loving atmosphere at MapleFox give their pups the best training for the transition to new owner(s)/families. What have we been doing this past month? Enjoying every minute of the day and night with our new pup-Lucy! Not having a young pup in the house for 15 years, we had forgotten just how much fun we would be in for. Thanks again Dana!
