I'm Maridee G., the breeder behind Maridee’s ShihTzu located in Madras, OR. I offer puppies sired from AKC champion grandparents that have been socialized, loved and adored for ten weeks. Using only champion lines, quality nutrition and expert care produce some of the best purebred Shih Tzus in the northwest. They are fully vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Working with Karen Millard at Jazzie’s Shih Tzu over the last six years, I have been mentored with her wisdom of over 30 years of regarding nutrition, socialization and competition. We now produce the best Shih Tzus in the Pacific Northwest.

  • What makes your program special?

    My puppies are adored as part of the family, trained with their mothers and given the best of all things possible. They all have unique personalities that help me determine the best fit for each forever home. They have never known pain or fear, they have never been left alone. They have implicit trust with their human and the best start possible.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are gold and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Maridee

Maridee has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Maridee partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes worming, vaccinations and microchip. If for any reason the puppy is unsatisfactory, puppy may be exchanged. If for any reason the puppy needs a new home, please return to me. Deposit is included in the price and will reserve your puppy for you first come first served.”

Maridee may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
