About Trinity
Masaya's Trinity von Prufenpuden is a well-bred Doberman Pinscher born on May 31, 2020, from the respected Masaya Dobermans kennel. She is the daughter of Hurin Jarl Swiftrun vom Larson (IPO3, AD) and Masaya’s Ember von Prufen (CD), combining working ability with strong conformation lines. Trinity has earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title and is actively training in PSA (Protection Sports of Association), a sport that tests tracking, obedience, and protection skills. Health-wise, she has been cleared for eyes, hips (graded “Good”), thyroid, and cardiac conditions, and is vWD-clear by parentage. Trinity represents the thoughtful breeding and training typical of the von Prufenpuden lineage, balancing temperament, drive, and sound health.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Working Aptitude (WAE)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
