About Honey
Honey is an excellent addition to our farm. She is very biddable and patient with her stock. Honey is a quiet worker and is an amazing athlete. She makes sprinting ahead to turn a cow look effortless. Honey will work both ends but prefers heels. She compliments Gus perfectly creating a nice balance when working together. When she isn't working, she loves to watch over our children and our flock of laying hens. She will mother anything she gets a chance too including allowing the occasional barn kitten to nurse! She is more vary of strangers and is a one person type dog. She also has a great off switch and loves to cuddle on the couch with the kids & watch cartoons. Honey's health testing includes the following: OFA Hips Good Clear for CEA, CD, CMR1, DM, HC, MDR1, prcd-PRA, Intestinal Cobalamin Malabsorption (aussie type), Intestinal Cobalamin Malabsorption (border collie type)

About Gus
Gus is everything we have ever looked for in a dog and more. He is exceptionally sound minded and doesn't have an ounce of "back-down" when it comes to working a salty cow. He is quick and steadfast on cattle. He works with amazing natural ability and instincts needing little direction. He will work both ends but prefers to work heads. Gus's duties are not limited to working cattle. He also patrols the farm and has protected our cattle from numerous coyotes. He is a relentless guardian of all of the critters here including our children, chickens and the occasional newborn litter of barn kittens. He does steal the occasional fresh laid egg when he can. Gus is the all around perfect farm dog. He can turn off and relax in the house. He is always respectful of anything the belongs to "mom". He is the type of dog you can talk to like a human and he understands almost all of what you tell him. Gus' health testing includes the following: OFA Hips Good Clear for CEA, CD, CMR1, DM, HC, MDR1, prcd-PRA, Intestinal Cobalamin Malabsorption (aussie type) Carrier for Intestinal Cobalamin Malabsorption (border collie type)
Great health testing
