I'm Fred B., the breeder behind McEnpoint Red Labs located in Junction City, OR. Health of the parents is the most important part of breeding. We look for a mix of American and English, bringing in the best of both. Hunting lineage is important, but the sire and dam must also have good off switches. Hunting & Family, one or both.
Q. & A. with Fred
What makes your program special?
We strive to provide the healthiest litters possible. Our females go beyond the typical hips, eyes, and heart tests. Hearts & elbows are tested, and each have a full DNA panel. The extensive DNA shows EIC, CNM, PRA, D Locus. Pups are birthed at home allowing for early socialization. We strive to unite the English and American Labs to have the best of both worlds. Her father HRCH QTK Lightening Fast Loud as Thunder MH QA2, which explains her drive and speed. She loves people and children of all ages.
