I'm Drava K., the breeder behind Meaden’s Mini Dachshunds located in Beaver, PA. We specialize in AKC miniature Long Hair Dachshunds. We adore each and every one of our dogs and pups and give them only the best! We breed for health, temperament, and overall structure. We are continuing to better our program to offer high-quality well-bred dogs. Our dogs live and have free run in our homes. All puppies are desensitized and socialized.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    we fell in love with the breed when olivia got her first dachshund over 10 years ago. his name was buster & the spunkiest boy ever. we continued and decided to breed when we got our first female sadie in 2019.

    we are focusing on bettering the breed and making the best and healthiest puppies for families.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, black, chocolate, fawn (isabella), brindle, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Drava

Drava has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes vaccinations, worming at 2, 4, and 6 weeks, a health clearance by a veterinarian, 1-year genetic guarantee & AKC pet/full registration. All of our puppy prices vary based on quality & pedigree.”
