  • Why did you start breeding?

    We chose to breed our puppies out of love for the Morkie and Yorkie breed and a desire to share their sweet temperament, intelligence, and companionship. Our focus is on health, care, and raising well-socialized puppies for loving homes. 🐶💛 We feel it is very important to love, socialize and learn each puppies personality for the right fit. Every puppy is completely different from one another

  • What makes your program special?

    What makes us special is, we are NOT breeders. We are loving parents to 6 beautiful, sweet, smart furbabies. We have 3 Morkies and 3 Yorkies. Our Yorkshire Terriers have amazing pedigree and champion blood lines. We love how smart, loving and independent these breeds are. Pure innocent love and companionship . These breeds are so intelligent and very easy to train.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black & tan tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from John

John has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, John partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We let the buyer pick their puppy and we assure the new owners know their puppies personalities prior to them going home with them. We give daily updates and sometimes several a day. You will receive photos and videos. You will be a part of your babies life from the moment you reserve your baby.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes vet check, vaccines, worming, & tail docking. We take pride in purse training our puppies as well. We feel it’s very important to update the new owners daily, on their new member. . Deposit to hold your puppy and will be deducted from your balance. You have 7 days to pickup your puppy after they reach 8 weeks old, unless we have agreed on other arrangements.”

John may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

    I received my baby happy and healthy. She came home a social butterfly and easily adapted to her new environment. Melanie took such good care of Star, you can tell she genuinely loves this line of work. She provided many pictures and updates daily for a whole month. She even went out of her way to purse train her and she offers free babysitting. I recommend her for your fur babies. I am so glad I came across her post for my sweet little baby.     We had a wonderful experience working with Melanie's Morkies ! We brought home our beautifully perfect little Morkie - Dobby (fka Benny), and he has been everything we hoped for and more. He came to us healthy, happy, calm, affectionate, and with just the right amount of sass. From the very beginning, you could tell he was well cared for , socialized , and thoughtfully raised. He was already very well adjusted to his crate/enclosure, which made the transition into our home so much smoother. It’s clear they put a lot of time, care and love into raising these puppies, it truly shows in their temperament. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept the baby pics coming too, because can you ever get too many puppy pics ? I think not. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a happy, well-socialized gorgeous little love bug. ❤️
