I'm Kayla I., the breeder behind Mesquite Side Corgis located in Texas. We invest so much effort into raising each litter to help prepare our puppies for a lifetime of love with their new families. As breeders, we are stewards of the future of our breed, so we are careful to always maintain ethical breeding practices. About Touka
Touka is a UKC Champion with her OFA and Genetic testing done. Touka has her BCAT in FastCat and just passed her CGC ( Canine Good Citizen). She is a sweet loving girls who can lay around and cuddle all day or go out for a hike or run. She loves kids and being around people, plays good with dogs and cats, good around farm animals as well. She has a lovely temperature and is amazing in the show ring.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Coat/Trait Panel, DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
