I'm Michelle V., the breeder behind Michi Shih-Tzu located in Jacksonville, FL. We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy!

Why did you start breeding?
I had a passion for raising dogs and breeding in my younger years and watching my mother breed Yorkies. I always helped her out and learned the ropes from her. So I started to breed ShihTzu on my own in my 20’s. It’s been apart of my life raising puppies into this world and I can’t imagine my life without it. Bring each puppy into this world is such a blessing. For the 8 weeks that the puppies are here in my home gives me such joy raising them and caring for them. The best part is the love I give to families when they see their new bundle of joy!
What makes your program special?
My babies are raised in a loving environment, cage free and have free roam of the house. I talk and play with them from day one. I believe that’s how they are so smart, happy and listen.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Michelle partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Pay over time with Klarna.

“Males start at $1200 and $1500 for females. Non refundable deposit but I will transfer the deposit to another puppy or litter at a later date.”

Michelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
