I'm Rod & Cindy M., the breeder behind Michigan Shih Tzu Babies located in Belleville, MI. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! When we got our first dog, we were instantly in love. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy puppies into the lives of other families!

Why did you start breeding?
When we got our 1st 2 dogs, the breeders did not really care about us, just the money we had. We knew we could do it RIGHT, and after 6 years, we are still learning more from mentors and various research sources!What makes your program special?
Our goal is to provide purebred, healthy pups into loving forever families! We do this by only breeding AKC REGISTERED dogs who has been health tested. We CARE about where our puppies live, so we will be asking you to fill out an application prior to accepting any money.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Rod & Cindy
Rod & Cindy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $150 non-refundable deposit and between $1,050 - $1,350 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This is pet price. Breeding rights are additional $ and requires additional interviewing questions. Non refundable deposits are required. No exceptions. So many people back out weeks later, while breeders pass up other home opportunities for that pup. Please be 100% SURE you're ready for a puppy before sending us any money. 😊.”
Contract & health guarantee
Rod & Cindy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
