"Adoption Fee Includes: Adorable Puppy First Vaccines Deworming Vet Health Certificate Bag of Puppy Food Bathing * * Your puppy will come to you nice & clean. Since there is a limited number of puppies, if you have your heart set on a certain puppy, we ask that you put down a $300 (non-refundable) deposit, as this is the only way we can reserve your place to choose. First deposit is first choice, second is second choice."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
