  • Why did you start breeding?

    We were looking to surround ourselves with our love of ALL THINGS DACHSHUND and looking to better the breed by focusing on health and genetics as well as, keeping miniatures, mini. We expressed an interest to the breeder we got our girls from, did some research and retained her friendship and mentorship since we added their love to our home.

  • What makes your program special?

    We have a deep, family-like bond with our dogs, and their health and well-being are central to our program. We are committed to maintaining clear genetics and ensuring every dachshund receives thorough, regular veterinary care to support their long-term health and happiness.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jennie & Kelly

Jennie & Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jennie & Kelly partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“A video meet and greet is mandatory so we can "meet" prospective buyer and see where our puppy would be living, how puppy will be cared for and what the set up is for them. It also allows prospective buyers to meet us, see how and where their puppy is whelped and raised. Should there be multiple interest or waiting list of one particular puppy, buyers who are acceptable, will be considered on first come first served basis.”

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Jennie and Kelly from Milky Way Miniature Dachshunds were so wonderful to work with! Jennie was always so quick to respond and maintained open, honest communication from day one.
