I'm Kristine M., the breeder behind Mill Rock Farms located in Brenham, TX. Our corgis are bred for health, temperament, and ability to ensure loving pets and talented working dogs. Our dogs are AKC registered, genetically tested, and have proven bloodlines. This is where wonderful temperament, intelligence, and conformation meet!

Why did you start breeding?
As a veterinarian, I have always been interested in promoting pets that are both emotionally and physically sound. Our first Corgi was a rescue who we began training for herding, and this lead to a love for the small dog with a personality big enough to move livestock! We now breed not only to promote healthy pets but to bring back the herding skills that corgis were originally intended to have.What makes your program special?
Our program is focused on conformation, temperament, and ability. This helps to promote healthy dogs that are just as well suited for the show ring as they are for herding, agility trials, or being calm house pets.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
