I'm Lucy O., the breeder behind Mini Dots Mini Dachshunds located in Gainesville, FL. We try to offer the best Mini Dachshunds around. Each of our dogs and pups is adored! We breed only AKC Miniature Dachshunds, focusing mainly on the longhair variety. All our puppies come with prepaid AKC registration, prepaid microchip, health certificate, and a bag of goodies. All of this is to make the transition from our home to your home as easy as possible!

  • What makes your program special?

    We only breed AKC-registered Dachshunds. We don’t cut corners with registration so no CKC puppies here! All of the inclusions also set us apart from other breeders because you don’t have to pay for anything but basic upkeep when you go home. You don’t have to worry about your puppy’s microchip information being uploaded or the registration paperwork being sent in, we take care of all of that!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Lucy and her hubby were amazing to work with . The moment I saw that sweet picture I knew he was the one ! Lucy responded almost instantly to my inquiry and answered all my questions . We waited about 3 weeks to pick up our new baby and every week we received an updated video or pictures. There is an awesome checklist to get you prepared for when you bring your baby home . This was so helpful as it had been awhile since I had a puppy . You can tell they love their dogs and puppies . I would recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a loving, healthy mini dachshund.     Lucy at Mini Dots was absolutely amazing to work with. She truly cares for her dogs, and it shows in every part of the process.
