  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our journey into the world of breeding began with the arrival of our first beloved family dog, a Chihuahua, who not only won our hearts but also sparked a deep-seated passion for canine companionship. As time has progressed, we have broadened our family to encompass other extraordinary breeds, each contributing uniquely to our lives and enriching our experiences with their joy and companionship.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our breeding program stands out due to our careful selection of dogs for raising. We prioritize not only health and desirable traits but also ensure that each dog has an excellent temperament. This intentional approach allows us to produce puppies that inherit a well-rounded blend of these valued characteristics.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Maltese puppies are white. Biewer Terrier puppies include chocolate tan and white, blue tan and white, and black tan and white. Morkie puppies include chocolate, piebald, black & tan tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ana

Ana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ana partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $550 deposit and between $1,650 - $1,950 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“To join our waitlist, there is no fee involved. However, if you wish to secure a currently available puppy, a deposit of $550.00 is required (includes Gooddog fee). Deposit is applied to securing your selected puppy and deducted from total. Gooddog fees are not part of total of puppies and are add’l.”

Ana may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
