Price
"Price includes AKC Registration, deworming, up to date on vaccinations, Health guarantees, well socialized puppies 🐶. $250 fee is to reserve your fur baby. If we decide the puppy is not a good fit for you I will refund the deposit at a prorated amount."

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

My experience with Melissa was very impressive. She was very timely with her response and was helpful with every step of the transaction. It was evident she takes pride in making sure she has the healthiest litters of Yorkshire Terriers available. We have had our bundle of energy, Margot, for two and a half weeks and couldn't be happier with our newest family member! Margot had her first checkup and 2nd in the series of DHPP vaccinations this week, and her examination results were extremely positive. Margot is very well adjusted, extremely smart and has settled into her new home without any difficulty. To me, that is a sign of good breeding and a positive reflection on Melissa.
