I'm The Tchakarovs, the breeder behind MITIN Aussies AKC Standard Australian Shepherds located in Noxon, MT. Our family is passionate about the Australian Shepherd and continually strive to better the breed. We are second generation breeders, focused on health, temperament and quality. We test all our AKC purebred dogs through Pawprint Genetics. Our puppies are handled, inspected, and socialized daily. Our dedication to them will be revealed in the exceptional health and outgoing personality of your new family member. Bringing home a new puppy is an exciting experience!     Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from The Tchakarovs

The Tchakarovs has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes AKC paperwork, vet health certificate, deworming x3, up to date on vaccination and a welcome bag with goodies to make the first days at home a little easier! $500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a puppy prior to the pickup date around 8 weeks. Puppies are priced per listing, and AKC registrable.”

  • Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
