Mlee puppies

We had the pleasure of acquiring a puppy from Mleesporties, and we cannot express enough how thrilled we were with the entire experience. From the initial inquiry, Marilee was so knowledgeable about the Portuguese Water Dog breed and was so polite and personable. She left quite an impression on us. Every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and care. She offers options of pick up at her house or at the Utah airport. We decided to go with a pet transportation company, not endorsed by the breeder. When Glinda, later named Lulu, arrived we were overjoyed with our decision to go with Mleesporties. Lulu was playful and happy—exactly what our household needed. She was a surprise for my wife who had beat cancer for the second time. First and foremost, the quality of puppies bred by Mleesporties is unparalleled. Our new addition is not only stunning in appearance but also possesses a wonderful temperament, a testament to the meticulous breeding standards maintained by Mleesporties. Lulu arrived with a bag of dog food, a collar and leash, her AKC paperwork, all the veterinary records, and, of course, her first toy—a reindeer (we acquired her during the holidays). As soon as she arrived, we took Lulu to the vet where they determined she indeed was in perfect health. Since then, Lulu has become an integral part of our family—she is smart, loves to play and swim in the pool, and never fails to bring us so much joy. Throughout the entire process, communication with Mleesporties was prompt, transparent, and friendly. Marilee was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and her genuine passion for what she does shines through in every interaction. Marilee clearly took excellent care of the puppy I bought. She is very loving and tries to learn. She showed up beautifully groomed with a lovely matching coat, collar and leash. Marilee also sent me two books on dog training as well as her own pamphlet re training Portuguese Water Dogs. She also sent 2 sizable bags of food and medical papers. She was flexible and caring throughout the acquisition process and clearly cared deeply about the puppy. I was highly impressed when I learned she had already microchipped my darling pup Glory Be. I am very, very happy with this adorable, loving dog and I highly recommend Marilee as a responsible and dedicated breeder. She continues to care about Glory Be and told me to contact her anytime with questions. Her contract is fair and shows she is committed to the wellbeing of her puppies. I think she instilled good habits in my pup, who learned how to "Sit" in five minutes. She is a happy dog and I am happy to have her in my home and my heart.
