Q. & A. with Maddy
Why did you start breeding?
I just love all animals! I have been breeding for about 16 yrs. I started with small breeds. After my youngest was born quite sickly and my dogs retired from breeding we took a few years off. Long story short I found a new breed I adore even more....The "Aussie". Their intelligence, personality, loyalty and ability to train not counting their stunning looks had me hooked.
What makes your program special?
My dogs are our pets first and foremost. They primarily live in the house but love our farm. Each dog sleeps with their preferred human. Our puppies are very well socialized. We handle them daily from birth on. We start potty training and crate training before they leave to their furever homes. They get several baths and nail trims by then as well. They have their own playard with toys.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
