  • Why did you start breeding?

    Paige Horne of RoyalWorth Kennels provided our family with a healthy, and beautifully tempered dachshund puppy after our beloved dachshund, Chester, died. She paired us with a pup with strong therapy dog characteristics understanding our need at the time. Since then, she has become my mentor preparing me to breed dachshunds with the highest priority on their health and breed standards.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Careen

Careen has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $800 refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Careen may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
