Rebecca gave me the gift of my adorable Ozzy she made the whole transaction feel safe and comfortable. She updated me every week with picture of my baby as he grew until he was ready to come home. She partnered me with an amazing transporter who put him in my arms safely. She was completely transparent with any hiccups in between and I'm so grateful to have made her acquaintance through this process
