Q. & A. with Calia
Why did you start breeding?
In my experience, many dogs end up at the shelter because people don’t get dogs based on their specific lifestyle. I enjoy sharing info with people on the Shih Tzu breed to see if this breed is best suited for them. I love meeting people that are as passionate about the breed as myself and hope to add new fur family members to families that they can love for the rest of their life!
What makes your program special?
I have a small breeding program which allows me to really interact with each puppy. I care deeply about the health and happiness of each pup before it goes to their new home. My dogs are my family members and treat them as such. They are well rounded dogs that produce great pups!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
