I'm Don A., the breeder behind Morning Mist Kennels located in Florence, MT. We produce limited numbers of genetically superior Labradors through careful selection of parents. We care deeply about this breed. We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding because I was tired of seeing all of the poorly bred, inbred, overbred dogs in this country. By carefully selecting parents, DNA testing, and OFA testing to ensure that our pups are sound helps ensure that both our pups and their owners have a good experience in their lives.What makes your program special?
Our parent dogs are selected from the best of the best, whether they are dogs from our own bloodlines or dogs that we import from other super high-quality breeders. All parent dogs are DNA tested to be clear of all identifiable hereditary faults that can be identified. OFA screening, to identify dysplasia, etc, is performed on all dogs.

Don has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include between $1,200 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
