    Zia was very knowledgeable about the puppy . She was very kind and helpful with our choice in her puppy. Zia was very flexible with the meeting point which was very much appreciated. She gave us a care package for our puppy which I felt was a very nice gesture. She was genuinely concerned about my living situation for the puppies well being. I sent photos when we were at home. Rocco is a very healthy and happy puppy. He is exactly as advertised. All in All we had a great experience with Zia .
