I'm Riley P., the breeder behind Muddy Yorkiepaws located in Idaho Falls, ID. We breed high-quality puppies. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. We are dog lovers through and through! Our pups are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with Yorkshire Terriers.

  • What makes your program special?

    My hope is to raise quality rare well bred Yorkies

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tan and white, gold, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, blue and gold, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Riley

Riley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC or APRI registration, first round shots, deworming and a puppy take home kit. All of our puppies are the same price whether the color! Deposits goes toward the full price of puppy but is non-refundable whether you change you mind or not.”

Contract & health guarantee

Riley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Riley offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Riley directly.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
