I'm Brittany M., the breeder behind Mufasa's Pride (Newfoundland breeder) located in Bernville, PA. Our Newfies are incredible family dogs, and we love raising them alongside our children. Every one of our dogs is adored by us! We have 3 dogs. Willow is our oldest and isno longer a part of our breeding program. We adore her and her personality. She is about as perfect as a Newfoundland can get-gentle and sweet and she adores being near our kids and babysitting them. Nala is our first brown newfie. She's absolutely perfection. Her personality is exactly what we have been looking for. She's friendly, and protective of her family. We're so excited to see what her puppies will look like!

Hello everyone! Sorry for the long pause in posting! We had a very crazy week! Please enjoy these little videos of each pup. I put a heart on each video so you can clearly see them. It was also brought to my attention somewhere on here is put their pickup date incorrectly. Puppies are 8 weeks old Sept 14. They're able to leave that day or after. Feel free to contact me to schedule the pickup!

Personalities are popping. The boys are super chill, the girls are so outgoing. Blue is my loudest, green is my most snuggly. They are so fun.

Best attempt at a group pic. It didn't go to fabulously, we're missing one pup. 😂

Very soon they'll be flying through water, and I'll never have them clean and dry again. 😂 But today is their first look at water that isn't in their dish. Most weren't impressed.

First food experience. We soak puppy food and add a few yummy things. When they leave, they'll be eating dry puppy food, and they'll go home with a bag of the good they're used to!

Mufasa's Pride (Newfoundland breeder) reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Newfoundlands.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Standard Veterinary Blood Panel
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

It's been an absolute pleasure speaking with Brittany during the entire process. Before we picked up our bestest girl, she always responded, communicated well, was friendly, knowledgeable, provided updates about our puppy, the process and more. When the time finally came to pick up our puppy, she was so nice, provided all of the information we needed, along with all of the paperwork, food, a blanket and more. We met the mom and dad, and the whole family was there. It was so nice. We've since kept in contact and have sent updates, pictures and videos so everyone can see how things are going. We LOVE our new dog and are just so excited and thankful we were able to get her. Highly recommended and a very healthy puppy. She's been to the vet and is thriving.

Our beautiful Newfoundland pup is the centerpiece of the family at this time! 10 hour drive for the right match was certainly worth it. Adjusted well with older mastiff and taken to crate training. Almost 3 mo old and has the potty training idea down. I'd say 65 percent there and getting better. Awesome addition to family, absolutely gorgeous too!
