I'm Wendi H., the breeder behind Mustard Seed Ranch Goldendoodles located in Carnesville, GA. Our main focus is and always has been Goldendoodles for the past 18 years.
Q. & A. with Wendi
Why did you start breeding?
I have had a life long love for dogs. We have had several different breeds during our lives. We have loved each of them but not every breed is for every home. We decided we wanted to find a breed that would be good for a variety of situations. One that is at home in an apartment and out on the farm. One that would be friendly and social with kids of all ages. A dog that could adjust from a home with just adults to the incorporation of children at a later time—the Doodle! What a glorious combination.
What makes your program special?
We are striving to produce healthy and social puppies that will live a long life and provide years of enjoyment to their families. Much of our breeding stock is from working dogs, dogs that hunt and retrieve and do what they were bred to do.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
