Oh my gosh, what a seamless wonderful experience. Nathan was so professional, communicative, honest, and just an all around nice guy. There was no “fine print” or anything that seemed sketchy. We spoke on the phone, and all transactions went through Good Dog, so it was very transparent and real. Our puppy is perfect; exactly what we wanted! Nathan drove a long way and posted updates along the way as to arrival and any hiccups. Nathan made this a great experience! Our puppy is so healthy, happy, and obviously well cared for. Then, he gifted us with a care package with all of the vaccinations, health/vet reports, microchip details, and so much more helpful stuff/treats! I’ve already referred Nana’s Happy Pups to others, and will definitely keep in touch with updates and photos of our new family member! Thank you, thank you! 🙏

Nathan was wonderful to work with, you can tell he really cares about his dogs and the pups. Nathan is really knowledgeable on the breed and was so helpful in answering our questions. Best of all we found our sweet little boy and brought him home with us last week! We couldn't be happier with him and he is settling in great in his new home.

This entire process was wonderful. Buying a puppy online is a huge leap of faith, but Nathan made it comfortable and easy from the very beginning. He was communicative, sending pictures and updates so we knew how our pup was doing while we waited to pick him up. When we finally met our new puppy, Jaxon, and met Nathan in person, any doubts were erased. Nathan clearly loves his puppies and wants what is best for them. He even provided a thoughtful gift bag with a blanket the puppies had slept on together, food, a toy, and all the paperwork we needed. Jaxon is smart, loving, and has all the wonderful traits Shih Tzus are known for. It’s obvious he was well-socialized and cared for, which gave him the perfect foundation to become the amazing pup he is today. We are so grateful to Nathan for making this experience joyful and stress-free. If you’re considering a puppy, we wholeheartedly recommend him — you’ll be in excellent hands.

Nathan is a 1st Class Breeder. He loves his pups like they are his own babys. He's the most awesome breeder we ever meet. Nathan cares about matching his pups with the most compatible adopters. He has the pups socialized with other dogs and people and also house broken. He has them registered and 1st shots and all paperwork needed. He gives you a starter kit. Nathan also gave me a towel/blanket with momma's scent to transition pup to the adopters. Our little Lolli Pop slept most of the way home(700 miles). She also slept with us the 1st night, no whining or anything. Lolli Pop is such a Joyful personality we are so Blessed to have her in our lives. Nathan is so good at responding to any of our calls or texts for any questions we have. If looking for a companion, we highly recommend Nathan. Nana's Happy Pups. If we could rate him it would be a 10 star!!!

Nathan is a first class breeder. His love for his pups is his super power. He stayed in touch with us almost daily until we could get down to SW Colorado. When we picked up little Lilly Nathan patiently answered all our questions and had a puppy starter bag with food, supplements, bowl, a favorite toy and all the paperwork. Lilly had been taken very well care of.
