I'm Nancy C., the breeder behind Nest of Wellbeing’s Biewers located in Fruitport, MI. We are located in a quiet lakeshore town in Michigan. Our AKC Biewers are raised with love and care in our home as members of our family. You will find your new pup is fully socialized and ready to become part of your family. Our Sire and Dam are both kept in a "puppy cut" for ease of grooming, and becuase we think they are pretty darn cute in their puppy cuts :).

Why did you start breeding?
We began joining Facebook groups and talking to other Biewer owners about their experiences.
What makes your program special?
We are blessed to be able to have one of us present in the home at all times. The Biewers and babies are never far away and their needs are a top priority.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Nancy

Nancy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Nancy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $600 non-refundable deposit and between $1,900 - $4,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, vet check and vaccinations, socialization and beginning potty training. Each pup is listed at the pet price, full breeding rights available for an additional charge. Deposit reserves the specific puppy of your choosing of puppies that are available at time of deposit.”

Nancy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Teddy
Teddy is an energetic and loving companion. He enjoys going for walks and meeting new people and animals. His favorite activities are chasing balls and hide and seek with his ball; really anything involving a ball :). Teddy is very smart and enjoys learning new things. Teddy lives in our home along with Daisy and goes with us everywhere we go.

About Daisy
Daisy is a delicate but mighty pup. She is gentle and quiet, a real cuddle bug. She enjoys sitting with us whenever she has the opportunity. She enjoys going places in the car, going for rides in her stroller or walks in her sling carrier. Her favorite activity is watching and chasing sunlight coming in through the windows and reflecting off of various mirrored balls we have throughout the house for her enjoyment. Daisy lives in our home along with Teddy and goes with us everywhere we go.

Nest of Wellbeing’s Biewers reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Biewer Terriers.

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
