Meet the breeder
I'm Hannah N., the breeder behind NHC Kennels located in Derby, IA. I have 3 adult Corgi females Laramie (last litter is due 9/9/26) Breeze and Abilene (fluffy) a male Dachshund- Clifford & a female dachshund-Swayze. Our puppies are AKC registered, wormed, have vaccines and a health check by our vet before going home raised around children so they get socialized.

About Laramie
Laramie is the best girl. She has the sweetest disposition and is a great mama. This is her 5th and last litter after these babies go to their furever homes she will be spayed to ensure her health since she is a family member.
Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Hannah was helpful and very responsive, even before I reserved my pup, she answered all of my questions. This made me feel comfortable and confident right away. She provided multiple weekly updates, which I LOVED. Since I was flying in from out of state, Hannah worked with me and even kept my little guy for an extra week. She took the time to meet me and even fulfilled my request of giving me a puppy blanket, something I could take that would keep Cupid/Rex comfortable on our flights back to GA.
