I'm FRANKIE N., the breeder behind Nolan’s Yorkie Farm located in Paris, TN. All of our adult Yorkies & Puppies receive the highest quality of care both here on the farm & at our local veterinarian's office. Examinations, vaccines, & deworming are vital to ensure good health for young puppies & adult dogs too.
Q. & A. with FRANKIE
Why did you start breeding?
Nolan’s Yorkie Farm began in April 2016 when our family adopted an adorable little male Yorkshire terrier. We fell in love with Flash instantly. In the years following his adoption we developed an interest in breeding Yorkshire Terriers. Yorkies are incredibly smart & they give love freely without hesitation. This alone makes them a highly desirable pet. In addition, yorkies are hypoallergenic which makes them ideal for people who are allergic to other dog breeds that shed & produce more dander.
What makes your program special?
My breeding program is unique since I not only have a desire to breed Yorkshire Terriers, but I also love spending time with them. They are funny, energetic & loving. Yorkies are very intelligent dogs & most of mine are well-behaved. They listen to my commands most of the time & love the praise this earns them. I always use rewards & love to encourage my Yorkies. They are never punished! This training method creates a strong bond of love between us. I do meet buyers to deliver puppies, but I only travel up to 1 & 1/2 hours from my location. There is no additional charge for this service.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
