I'm Charlotte H., the breeder behind NorCal Border Collies located in Hayward, CA. We are lifelong border collie enthusiasts. My family all across the United States have owned and worked border collies. We strive to breed border collies that are genetically sound, eliminate risk of hip and elbow dysplasia, and have awesome temperaments. We breed heart-dogs.
