I'm Brandy H., the breeder behind NorCal Schnauzers located in Magalia, CA. We are the top breeder of miniature schnauzers in Northern California. We have been very selective to build our lines on quality and continue to push for excellence. We are a family business and the pups grow up in a loving environment. We start potty training as early as three weeks!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My aunt had two miniature schnauzers through my childhood one lived to be 16 and one lived to me 19 I’ve had the love for schnauzers ever since.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised in our home and raised with our children. We take our business seriously and take pride in our puppies. Our puppies start potty training at three weeks of age so it makes potty training in their new homes a breeze. Our puppies are all vet checked and have a clean bill of health before they leave our care.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brandy

Brandy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brandy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Brandy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     When I first messaged Brandy about our little Oliver, she was very quick and professional in her response. I quickly then put a down payment. Brandy always posted little videos and updates of Oliver which always made me smile. I knew then he was a happy little puppy. The pick up process for Oliver was very smooth. I flew into Sacramento airport to pick him up and she was on time dropping him off in his fresh haircut and smelling good.     Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Brandy. Not only was the dog breed and color important to me, but also the breeder as well. From the start I felt comfortable with Brandy. She’s responsive, she shares images of her Dane’s and Sires and post frequent updates of the puppies. Despite a very unfortunate circumstance, Brandy communicated well and I was able to pick up my Hazel at 8 weeks. She’s still getting used to being away from her litter, but it's very apparent she came from a loving environment. Highly recommend.
