I'm Ashley H., the breeder behind North Central Aussies located in Kokomo, IN. Our dogs are bred with temperament, health and confirmation in mind. We believe with these key elements we will set up our Puppies for Success. We believe when you purchase one of our puppies, you become our family.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I purchased my first Aussie in 2022 and fell in love with the breed From then, on, I strived to create strong, successful dogs to better the breed because I myself love the breed and wish to see It continue with quality dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    We focus on our dogs, health temperament and confirmation. We keep in contact with our puppy buyers because we believe they are family and we should help them succeed with their new family member. If one of our clients ever needs assistance with one of our puppies, we are always there to assist.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red & white, black & white, black, red merle, blue merle, red, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Ashley

Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ashley partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $400 - $1,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes age appropriate Vaccinations, AKC/ASCA/ASDR registration, 1 week worth of food, a collapsible bowl, toys, treats, copies of both parents genetic results, a custom bag and a copy of our contract. Deposit amount will always be $400. The deposit is nonrefundable. It is to hold your puppy for assurance on both sides.”

Ashley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Animal Genetics Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
