I'm Bonnie M., the breeder behind Northland Dachshunds located in Oscoda, MI. We’re the breeders behind Northlands. Together we raise beautiful healthy lovable puppies. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others and allow them to bring all that puppy love ❤️ home.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have admired the strength and courage of this breed for over 30 years. They display loyalty, fearlessness and love. The dachshund has been in my family for many years and I want to share them with others.

  • What makes your program special?

    We give these dogs whatever they need. Tests, exams, shots and lots of attention and love. Our desire is to give our puppies good homes with exceptional doggy moms and dads.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, chocolate, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Everything went wonderfully with Bonnie for Northland Dachshunds. From the very beginning, she communicated quickly, honestly, and was always open to our questions.
