I'm Michelle S., the breeder behind Nova & Saints Maltese located in Louisiana. Our Maltese pups are home-raised. We put a lot of care into socializing them so they can transition easily into their new lives. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I received a full blooded male Maltese from my mother in law as a gift for my sons birthday who is currently 8 years old. We have raised him (Saint) from when he was a puppy and I fell in love with him and started doing research on the breed as I have never owned a Maltese before or any small breeds as a matter of fact. The more I read about the breed, the more I became interested in breeding him because he is so gentle with my children, does not shed and I thought it would be a great idea to bring the joy and happiness that he has brought into our home into other peoples homes.

  • What makes your program special?

    I take pride but not only pride, joy into each and every litter/puppy. I feel like the money is a bonus because I really do enjoy caring for the puppies, watching them grow, sending updates weekly to my buyers. Meeting my buyers and building a relationship with each and every one of them. The only thing I ask in return for selling my puppies is updates 🐶 my kids love to see them and so do I!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
