I'm Lacey B., the breeder behind Obduro Bullies and Frenchies located in Violet Hill, AR. We focus on creating the perfect companions with excellent temperament and health. Our focus is excellent temperament in all of our dogs. We want to set every family up for success when they take one of our puppies home.
Q. & A. with Lacey
Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with bullies many years ago and started attending dog shows to learn about American Bullies. We studied and purchased the best quality dog we could find and then decided to start our own kennel. Later French Bulldogs stole our heart as well and we have decided to incorporate them into our breeding program as well.
What makes your program special?
We focus on “pet homes” the majority of our productions are placed with loving families and only the best of the best are used in our breeding program and very rarely do we allow our dogs to be sold to other kennels. We prefer our dogs “live the good life” instead of the breeding life. We focus on outstanding temperament and health and are always here for our puppy owners.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our French Bulldog puppies include cream, fawn, tricolors, and black and tan. American Bully puppies include lilac tri-color and chocolate tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Lacey was absolutly wonderful to work with. From explaining the process of using Gooddog and the benefits to answering my many questions, she was truly so friendly and helpful. I now have the most precious French Bully Scooter that is a product of a breeder who truly cares about matching her puppies with their forever home. Scooter and I were meant for eachother. Thank you Lacey. Patty & Scooter

From the very beginning, Lacey was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. She patiently answered all our questions and gave us so much helpful information about American Bullies, their personality traits, and what to expect as our pup grew. It was clear how much she cares about her dogs and the families they go home to. She gave us great tips on everything from crate training to exercise needs, and she continued to check in and offer advice even after we brought our boy home.
What stood out most is how much she truly cares—not just about her dogs, but about the families they go to. She made the transition feel seamless and made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Our pup Pocky is just the sweetest guy and we can't imagine our family without him!
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
