Odyssey Scottish Terriers

Amy C.

Breeder of Scottish Terriers

Meet the breeder

I'm Amy C., the breeder behind Odyssey Scottish Terriers located in Evansville, IN. I breed Scottish Terriers that meet the breed standard. My emphasis is on health, temperament, and intelligence! I have had several therapy dogs come from my program as well as one assistance dog.

Q. & A. with Amy

  • Why did you start breeding?

The lineage of Scotties that I fell in love with - Sandgreg - had waned with the passing of both family members in the line. I talked to my mentors at the time and ended up with a dog from each. One was bred, one was neutered. Both went on to be registered therapy dogs as well as one competed in agility and rally.
  • What makes your program special?

Every puppy is placed in the right home for that specific dog—not first-come, first-served. I am very careful regarding what I breed and how I raise my puppies.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
