I'm Erin F., the breeder behind Opal Ridge located in Parrottsville, TN. We breed for exceptional temperament, confidence, and conformation. Our Black Russian Terrier and Miniature Schnauzer puppies live in a fun and loving atmosphere and each puppy is evaluated for individual enrichment. We are looking for a loving home that will match their temperament and personality!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We want to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program places an emphasis on producing puppies of superior health, temperament, and conformation. Our dogs are outgoing and confident and we like to see these qualities passed on to our puppies. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and we are so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.
  • What makes your program special?

    We want to create a positive and pleasant experience for both the puppy and future owner. We are passionate about Black Russian Terriers and Miniature Schnauzers and have built that love and respect for the breed into every aspect of our program. Our puppies leave our home happy and healthy and we are looking forward to connecting you with your pup!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Erin

Erin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the health guarantee, deworming, microchipping, 1-2 DAPP vaccinations, and AKC registration. The puppies are litter box trained and have 12 weeks of enrichment and socialization. Deposits are required once the puppies are born and when you have visited our property and found the puppy for you.”

Contract & health guarantee

Erin may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
