I'm Fabiola F., the breeder behind Our House Of Treasures located in Wallkill, NY. Our Bulldogs triumph in the show ring; and do just as well in loving pet homes on the sofa. We take our dogs Health seriously and plan each breeding carefully, to include OFA Chic health testing to ensure future generations are beautiful and healthy. We are front leaders in the Super Dog Program.

Why did you start breeding?
Breeding English Bulldogs for 4 generations. For as long as we can remember, we have always been at the end of a leash. We are trainers, AKC judges, Veterinarians, and lovers of this breed. Our dogs are what transform our house into a family home!What makes your program special?
We encourage health testing and educating families about the amazing Bulldog. Our hard work has paid off as our dogs are very successful in the show ring and live long happy lives with their families. There is no better reward than to know your babies will have a wonderful life. It would be our pleasure to introduce you to your next Bulldog puppy!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, fawn, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Fabiola
Fabiola has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our puppies are $3500-$4500 from Health Tested OFA chic qualified parents. OFA Chic 150294. We are front leaders in the Super Dog Program and incorporate (ENS) to create a healthy & Smarter puppies. A $500. non refundable deposit is required to secure a puppy. We accept Pay Pal, Cash App, Venmo, Zell.”
Contract & health guarantee
Fabiola may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Tracheal Hypoplasia
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Profile, Brachycephaly, Full Embark Panel, OFA/CHIC DNA Repository, Cystinuria Type 3 (Variant 3), Bulldog Type Risk Factor, Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
